Spring steel wire is produced by drawing steel rods of types B42, B46, B68, B72, and B82. It is manufactured in bright, black, zinc-coated, or uncoated forms according to customer needs and requests.

Advantages of using spring steel wire: It has good formability, corrosion resistance, a smooth and polished surface, and heat resistance.

Packaging:

It is available in coils weighing 100 to 800 kilograms, with sizes ranging from 0.3 to 5.5 millimeters, produced according to customer orders. Additionally, branch-type packaging is available in packages weighing 10 to 50 kilograms, based on customer requests.

Applications of spring steel wire:

Spring steel wire is widely used in industrial factories, mattress industries, chair manufacturing, automotive, agriculture, refrigeration industries, electrical industries (for high-pressure cable manufacturing), telecommunications and power cables, as well as extensively used as a fastener and box spring (single-strand or braided).
